We wouldn't be anywhere without the professionalism and dedication of our specialist cleaners. That's why it's so important we make sure every employee here at Fantastic Clean meets the same rigorous standards – and our Cleaner Code guarantees that every one of our cleaners is as good as the next.

For starters, we've created a comprehensive vetting process involving employer references, identification checks and certifying permission to work in the UK. We also offer comprehensive training to every one of our cleaners in our processes and products. And to round everything off, all our cleaners receive full Health & Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessment training to guarantee not just their safety, but the wellbeing of everyone around them.

We're Fully Insured

Nothing means more to us that being able to give you peace of mind while your home or office is being cleaned. So along with our Cleaner Code and commitment to the very best in customer service, there's the added security that comes with our insurance. A legal requirement of all professional cleaning companies, we offer extensive Public Liability Insurance and Employer's Liability cover.

A Friendly Face

Letting a cleaner into your home or office isn't always the easiest thing to do, which is why we make it one of our top priorities to make sure you get the same Fantastic Clean representative with every visit. This lets you build a relationship with your cleaner and helps you grow the feeling that – even if you're not around – your workplace or home's in safe hands.

If your cleaner's unable to make a scheduled appointment, we'll always let you know and endeavour to appoint a temporary replacement cleaner. If you're not happy letting a new Fantastic Clean representative take over, we're more than happy to resume our service once your regular cleaner's able to return to work.
